Support for Third-Party API Providers

Hi! I propose a feature to support third-party API providers such as LocalGPT:

These tools provide custom ports and keys, enabling users to access different OpenAI interfaces.

This feature would increase flexibility and choice for users, allowing them to leverage various AI capabilities, including local AI models that support OpenAI's API mode( Like Ollama: https://ollama.com/blog/openai-compatibility).

Looking forward to the discussion on this potential enhancement ; )

+1 came here to ask for this... I was using another tool (terminal-gpt or something) which used LLaMA (locally I believe)
