Added last missing changes from 4.x.x except for the Constants

Finished all TODO's and restructured the project to follow a normal project structure. I also added a npm script that can be executed to update the constants file

@Garethp Fixed all conflicts so the branch can merged without any problems. Please take the time to review and merge the changes
