Wait for key press before closing LM window

If one of the the bots has debug true it might be a good idea to keep the window open after the LM finished. If no bots or maps are found and the the LM is not started from console, the window closes before anyone can read all the nice debug lines that tell you about the problem.

Thoughts? I can imagine that in the upcoming distributed ladder it maybe is a feature that the LM closes eventually. @m1ndgames In your arena setup, do you need the LM to close after each match?
