Blank white screen upon log in?

Hello, I just downloaded galleon wallet and tried to restore my Tezos via tezbox wallet seed phrase. When I open and log into galleon wallet following happens

1. Wallet shows zero Tezos and screen and like within split of a second goes away and becomes white screen. 2.All I can see is file, view, Tab, but nothing else .(can not click on any to open) I have my tezos staked with a baker I can see a balance but not able to bring it back to tezbox , I thought restoring with Galleon may have helped but unable to see screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled both wallet twice. Kindly help.

I have restored wallet with seed word about a month ago and I still had same blank screen, I will try again in day or two and let you know. Thanks for your kind help. Best Regards Ashwin Patel
