Wallet doesn't show accurate amount for smart contract invocation

when deploying a smart contract, wallet doesn't show correct amount despite the account showing the right value.

When creating the smart contract the amount is 1, but mininax and the transaction list in wallet show 0. It's unclear whether this is a mininax issue or a wallet issue.

Amount in contract origination is the Balance of the new contract account.

@vishakh https://github.com/Cryptonomic/Mininax/issues/15 fix needs to be included in mininax and galleon/tezori
