Galleon stuck when trying to interact with a smart contract

Tried to interact with KT1RA48D7YPmS1bcpfhZKsN6DpZbC4oAxpVW using a ledger and Galleon. I did not set the gas limit and storage limit assuming they would be evaluated based on a dry run. I got a message saying: "confirm smart contract operation" and a spinner, but nothing ever showed up on the ledger nano X. Only way out was to exit Galleon.
