PGP/GPG Signatures + SHASUMs

It would be great to GPG/PGP sign the releases and provide SHA 256 hashes so people can ensure the files haven't been tampered with and they are signed by the Developer(s). Happy to help. Holler.

Not official, but everyone should get the following (I hope) for Version 0.7.0b (Jan 17, 2019):
