Codacy is returning false-positive errors

We can replace the Codacy by scalafmt and scalafix directly in the CI. Codacy is based on no longer developed scalastyle library. Beside it, Codacy reports false-positive errors and also doesn't allow as to change the base branch. In summary, it is a redundant third-party tool.

Hi Mariusz. Disclaimer I work at Codacy. You're right that Scala style hasn't been updated in a while, one solution can be the Client-side tools. It makes sense to have Codacy if you run other linters, and want to see the dashboard and track evolution overtime and metrics. False-positives happen yes but you can change the base branch.
