RSI Value of 0.00000000 from Binance triggers false alert

I am getting value of 0.00000000 for RSI from Binance on some of the coins. We might need to ignore values of 0.00000000 for alerting purposes.

I ran into this issue too. Triggers a lot of false alerts.
