Dynamically assign tenkansen, kijunsen, and senkou in Ichimoku

I'd like to assign these values via configurations rather than hard-code them.

    tenkansen_period = 9
    kijunsen_period = 26
    senkou_span_b_period = 52

kijunsen being 26 days is for the stock market since it's only open 26 days. Since crypto is open 24x7 we need to reflect that, preferably dynamically via config files. Thanks!

This has been on my list of things to do something about for a while, but it's unfortunately going to have to be a breaking change to the configuration interface. Given I just made one of those, I'm reticent to make another one immediately.

But it is definitely something I will do in the near future.

Hello, for ichimoku can Tenkan Sen and Kijun Sen be used as signal in the settings? Aparently we have only leading span a and b to use as signal and these two are missing!
