[chore] Clean up Theme files

I disabled the 'Select Theme' option there are a lot of miscellaneous theme files and logic in the app that can now be cleaned up.

  • Remove unused logic from the previous theme switcher
  • Remove unused images/backgrounds
  • Remove wow themes
  • Simplify wherever possible
