Add BUYFROMPRICE option

The Idea is when a starting price of 0.01 per token is determined on listing, when you set your buyprice from 0.02, you are past the antibot preventions.

This extra option BUYFROMPRICE should prevent the bot to buy below a certain price. Normally this would be 0 because you want to buy at the lowest price possible but during sniping an IDO I would like to let the price slighly increase after liquidity had been added and then try to buy from a certain price set with this extra option. My theory would be is that the bot preventions also prevents buying and prevents a price increase. When you see a increase in price, you are past the bot preventions and thén start try to buy
