Probably me being stupid but why is it that with stock my thermal is better but not performance yet when doing the guide and or apply all button the CPU and gpu heat up well beyond 90 degrees. like steam overlay even measure 90+ in CPU and gpu while the stock fan and vents aren't covered either.

That means that CU is lifting a bottleneck and allowing your hardware to work harder, rather than being limited. You can reduce the thermals by locking the framerate to your desired setting, but 90C is still perfectly safe for the Deck, which is rated up to 105C 🙂
