DU floods the server console sometimes

This starts to get flooded a lot in a short period of time, I am not able to consistently reproduce this.

Actually, yes, I am able to consistently reproduce this. It floods that if you do a command like sm_slap @all, which automatically slaps every single user. This would have something to do with rate limits
