SpamLink and SpamComment is missing for ModActionType (1.x)

Should be simple enough to fix, but SpamLink and SpamComment are ModActionTypes that are missing. Calls to get the moderator logs fail because of this distinction.

What version are you using? I'm seeing both of those in the latest 2.0 pre-release.

This is only a bug in 1.x. They're both in the 2.0 prerelease (that's the one I'm using primarily, but I'm still porting a few projects over).
