Rubberbanding & timecode issues

When i try and start the mod it gives me severe rubber banding issues and will not allow me to input anything other than hours(h).

What do you mean by "rubber banding issues"?

The camera will not smoothly move along the path instead it seems to move in a jerky fashion and then snap back to its original position.
