The "dismiss" 'x' in the function preview identify pop-up requires N clicks to actually close the pop-up, where N is the number of times you've run a query with the function, since you reloaded the page. With the "countries_name" example, when you first open the page, it takes one click to dismiss. After you query on first letter "C", it now takes two clicks, etc, etc.
