[Feature] Add "Run sync tasks scheduled for the same tick FIFO" patch

Hey, I have discovered a small problem and also already found a solution. The problem is that currently tasks are sometimes loaded in the wrong order. This was fixed in Spigot in the 1.10. Do you think that you can insert the small patch here with you?
