We have a recipe which downloads binaries from the Spotify open source page and builds the CEF wrapper https://github.com/inexorgame/conan-CEF
However, since we are lacking active macOS developer, this only works for Windows & Linux right now. Contributions would be highly appreciated. Building CEF from the ground up would AFAIK...
