Describe the problem

As the Twitter has been renamed to ' X ' and the bird icon has been changed to X , most of the websites are updating to the latest icon.

Describe the improvement

Changing the icon of Twitter handles of contributors to the latest icon in community page is what I am suggesting.

Additional context

Can you assign me this issue under hacktoberfest ? I would like to work on this.
