[C-1526] Add context to merging members

A user suggested to add the reason behind our confidence scoring to the merge suggestions view. He thinks the suggestions are decent but it’s sometimes hard to figure out for him why we think its the same member.

→ I think that could be a great UX improvement, if easily possible
