Troubles creating Whisperlist toggles

I already have a whisperlist set up, but I can not find a way to get the scripting to let me toggle it. I.E. I use TS3_WHISPER_TOGGLE but it does nothing unless I specify in the script to whisper to someone/a channel, but I can't specify whisperlists, only people/channels.

Apologies if this isn't really an issue, quite new to github so I'm not quite sure of the etiquette for posting issues.
