Notifications not received until you wake the phone

🐛 Bug Report

Push notifications are not received when the phone is sleeping (screen off), but they are received as soon as you wake the phone (screen on). It's not helpful because users needs to be notified even when their screen is off.

Expected behavior

Notifications received when the screen is off.

Reproduction steps

• Turn off your screen.
• Send a notification (notification not received)
• Turn on the screen (notification received at this time)
