When launching the game, this error occurs in the terminal: dyld: Symbol not found: OBJC_CLASS$_NSConstantDictionary Referenced from: /Users/user/Downloads/CrossCraft-Mac (1)/CrossCraft-Classic Expected in: /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework/Versions/A/CoreFoundation in /Users/user/Downloads/CrossCraft-Mac (1)/CrossCraft-Classic Trace/BPT trap: 5
What type of Mac?
Intel MacBook Pro, Core 2 Duo with 8gb ram
We'll have testing on Intel-based Big Sur soon
I should probably mention that I'm running El Capitan
Seems like earliest build we've seen working is in Catalina?
Alright. Is everything older than that unable to run it?
Not sure -- I'm not really an expert at Macs, we just have people who have compiled it and tried to run it.
oh and btw i get an error when trying to run the survival test version as well. can't seem to find an issues page on that page so i'll post the errror here

Have you installed openAL?
Just installed it, now it says this when attempting to open the executable
:
oops i downloaded classic instead of survival test
well, it looks like survival test gives the same issue of a corrupted file
It does seem like this is related to your macOS version - FWIW I run Mojave and also have problems running the executable. I will investigate this further.
Will set up a mac os VM this week
