Resource forks

Thanks for posting, this is great! I previously did a HOWTO for building Pararena 2 from the source, it would be fun to do one for The Colony too.

The usual problem with classic Mac files on GitHub is that resource forks get stripped off, this doesn't matter for source but resource files, sounds, pictures, applications, project files often aren't useful without them.

The "Extras Colony Mac" folder looks like a copy of the Mac source that was copied from a classic Mac onto a PC disk (hence the RESOURCE.FRK folder, FINDER.DAT, and the all-caps 8.3 names). Is it the same source that's in "Colony-Mac"? Both copies of the source look like the color version, is there a surviving copy of the B&W source? Is there a resource file anywhere? Also, is there a THINK C project file anywhere?

That original directory could probably be reconstructed by putting it back on a PC disk and reading it on a classic Mac. And the resources could probably be taken from the compiled retail binary, but it would be nice to have the source too.

I grabbed Color Colony from Macintosh Garden and it seems identical to the "Color-Colony-Patch" directory (where "(Color) Colony" and "Zounds" are empty, since all the data is in the resource fork).

Also, do you remember which version of Lightspeed/THINK C you used?
