Resolved the above two for the next data update to the best of my ability. Theres almost definitely ieffects I missed but I think its a solid initial implementation.

There's a number of monsters that have it as well. I believe its called Avoidance? Functionally the same if I remember correctly. One example would be the Displacer Beast.

You might know the range of your spells, but your fellow party members and DM might not.
