FOVSkyMap will accept multiple platepars, but only one mask

FOVSkyMap will accept multiple platepars to create a SkyMap, but only use the mask file from the default config file.

I think the solution is to pass the locations of all the config files, and then let FOVSkyMap pick the appropriate masks and platepars using the references in the config files.
