heat set inserts

There is no guide or pictures on where the heat set inserts go.

It also does not specify the heatset insert size used. If you are coming from the land of Voron then you're likely going to have heatsets that are larger than what the Sailfin was designed for. I believe 4.7mm are used, could be wrong.

This extruder design works great and assembly was easy. Basically all blind holes need inserts. You can download STEP file from here and open it with STEP viewer to see the assembly. The inserts are 4.6mm, as I had 4.1...I glued mine :)
