Add Filter/Column for Desynth Job and Level

A filter and column for Desynth job and level would be useful for searching for cheap/easy-to-make items above a certain level to mass desynth for leveling.. Desynth level should always be the same as item level, though currently item level seems to only be recorded on equipable gear (not sure whether this is a limitation in Lumina or if you just intentionally wrote it this way)..
