Make the "Equippable by Gender" and "Equippable by Race" column filters free text instead of drop-down

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I'm filtering gear, in the "Equippable by Gender" column, I'd like to be able to choose the options "Both" and "Female" at the same time (in other words, exclude all gear that is only equippable by males). In the same way, in the "Equippable by Race" column, I'd like to be able to choose the options "any" and "Au Ra" at the same time, in order to show all gear my char can equip (while excluding all gear that is only equipable by other races). Right now this is not possible because the filtering options on those columns are dropdown menus

Describe the solution you'd like The filtering on those columns could be made free text like the "Equippable By", "Category", or "Name" columns. This would also allow us to use the search operators (!, =, &&, ||)

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatively, the dropdown menu could be replaced by a list with toggles/checkmarks, and the user could check which options they want to include and exclude
