Crafting Lists: UI behaves differently when you have only one list

Describe the bug When you have only one crafting list, the following behaviour occurs, which does not occur when multiple crafting lists are added:

1. Right clicking and copying item name also opens the crafting list config interface, which is not relevant.
2. The /crafts command opens the crafting list itself in place of the config interface

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (1):

1. Ensure you only have one crafting list
2. Disable / re-enable AllaganTools
3. Right click an item name in a crafting list and copy item name
4. Crafting list config window pops up

Steps to reproduce the behavior (2):

1. Ensure you only have one crafting list
2. Disable / re-enable AllaganTools
3. Type /crafts
4. In place of the crafting list config, the crafting list itself shows up

Expected behavior Right clicking an item and copying item name should not open any additional windows, and it should be possible to configure a crafting list even if you have only one.
