This seems to be caused by a texture that is only visible from below blocking your line of sight you can crouch under it to clearly see the cause

Describe the bug Missing table and chairs in the Winterhold inn

On my save, the table is loaded but gets moved to be adjacent to another table as soon as the interior of the inn is loaded.
