Stroller emoji

Many babies and toddlers are moved around in strollers, buggies or pushchairs. It's one of the few popular non-motorized vehicles missing from the Unicode set. (A wheelchair is only available as a symbol :wheelchair:.)

The Public Signage proposal L2/06-272 by Andres Stötzner already included a stroller, but unlike much of the rest this didn't get included in the initial emoji releases.

As a too-online new father, I acutely feel the lack of a stroller emoji.

I use 🛒👶🏻 to represent it.

Perhaps Unicode ought to reserve that as a combining emoji sequence? 🤓
