ARM NEON optimization

Any plans for support ARM NEON as SSE4/AVX/AVX2?

Subject of the issue

ARM have NEON SIMD extension. Can anyone develop NEON optimized version of shabal algo?

I am going to buy ODROID XU4 and try to implement NEON-optimized shabal :)

Just configured creepMiner on ODROID-xu4. I have 30 sec for caching (60MB/s) over USB 3.0 and 70 sec for processing with CPU SSE2 enabled (not sure it works).
