Schematic rotation does not rotate Brass Tunnel filters

Description

When taking a schematic that includes a filtered Brass Tunnel, rotating that schematic then pasting it does not rotate the filters of the Tunnel, instead keeping the filters in the same cardinal directions as in the original schematic. This may drop List Filters on the ground if there isn't a belt in the new direction.

Steps to reproduce:

• Build a schematic of a belt with a Brass Tunnel
• Apply a filter to any side(s) of the Tunnel
• Create a schematic of the belt setup
• Paste the schematic with several rotation changes
• Observe the Tunnel filters not rotating with the rest of the build

Testing environments:

A) 1.20.1 Modpack with Create 6.0.6 and several addons B) 1.20.1 Modpack with only Create 6.0.6, Forge 47.4.6 and no other mods
