Superglue doesn't work on Mekanism blocks

Describe the Bug

I am trying to make a mobile ore miner with the Mekanism Digital Miner, so I was making a cart "assembly" out of it. The thing is, after gluing everything together, all of the Mekanism blocks (energy cube, digital miner, heat generators, tanks etc.) don't turn into an entity, they just stay there. All of the normal minecraft blocks do though (stone, chests).

Reproduction Steps

1. Have Mekanism
2. Glue a bunch of Mekanism blocks together using superglue on top of a cart assembler
3. It does not turn them into a cart.

Expected Result

I would like my Mekanism machinery to move with the cart so I can easily transport it around.
