Belt dupe with pistons

Describe the Bug

Pistons, when breaking belts via push, do not update the surrounding belts. This allows for belt duplication.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place blocks as shown below
  2. Activate pistons

Expected Result

Expected: No duplication glitch
