I tried to follow the step by step of errors similar to this one (#5008, #4983, #4967 and #4933) but it didn't work, thanks for the help.
i dont see anything obvious, but there are so many mods in your mix that incompatible interactions would be hard to ferret out. my advice is: (1) disable half your mods, if the crash persist, then the culprit is in half still enabled, (2) otherwise it is in the other half. repeat
I have this same problem. Modpack works just fine without create, but once I enable it, crash on startup.
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: Registry entry not present: create:copper_shingles
Any updates on this?
Due to how likely this is to be a mod incompatibility issue, the issue is unable to be diagnosed without more information, such as your mod list. Have you tried the binary search method from above?
I'm now also experiencing this with my own modpack. The weird thing is that the modpack worked just fine last night and nothing about the modlist has changed since.
edit: btw, this is the exact error that I get (I've already checked my drivers, they all are updated)
I think it's due to Quark mixin at least per the stacktrace: quark.mixins.json:WeatheringCopperMixin
It does indeed appear to be Quark. If i disable Quark or go back to Quark-4.0-443 it solves the issue for me

it might have to do with colored casing/decoration casing, i disabled them when i had the issue and i no longer experienced it

Update your version of Moonlight Lib to version 1.20-2.12.8 I had the same issue, and noticed that this error would occur when I installed the Amendments mod. Figured out it was the library mod that was causing it for some reason, and updating Moonlight Lib fixed it for me.

Didn't work...It might be something with Repurposed Structures as it only started doing it when I installed that mod, but I'm not sure how to resolve it. https://pastebin.com/dFXahtyi
Edit: Nevermind, it wasn't that either. Edit2: Or was it? Now the game crashes despite working prior to adding RS and after removing it. Edit3: So I gutted the whole installation file and replaced it with a back up and it seemed to work again. Maybe RS triggered something in a config somewhere. I'm just grateful I made a back up prior to messing with it.

I, too, am having this issue, but I'm having it in a forge dev environment with JEI and CC:T, the issue popped up after attempting to add Mekanism and Botania, and removing them because I was having issue getting it to load, and now Create will not load either.
Turns out my mod was broken, and this was for some reason causing this issue to show up.
