Most of this already works it's just that some times they crash which isn't good so need to work out why they crash then fix that :)

I was thinking it was my phone I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue as I don't seem to have the same issue testing it on android...

Please give me more details as I am able to set the app to open using dutch just fine? I didn't understand the steps to replicate this issue

Ya I'm not too sure I will need to test it on a VM and see as I followed your steps and that didn't do what you described.

No the toggle of am and pm is not 12/24 hour it's just if you want the am or pm to display on the 12 hour clock

Ok so there is an issue that I'll fix but it's not as you said. Use English US for now I'll fix that soon.
