mb it's help to you, but some years ago avalonia normaly works only on ubuntu mate for rpi try it
As i speak with avalonia native developers - msbox will never be a part of avaloniaui. If u wanna help - u may send some pr to improve this lib.

Does center screen works in ur os with clear windows? Just create avalonia window and setup center screen.
Try to fix size of window or add empty space in text. That's avalonia ui problem
