Nursery's level doesn't matter, whether you have level 1 or 100 it's the same amount of health that's filled, which wasn't the case in prior updates..

Steps to reproduce

1. Get armor with Nursery 1 and Nursery 100 so that you can compare
2. Try it out
3. There's no difference in the amount of health filled, unlike Implants, which works properly
