Support for Oraxen Custom Items durability

I've updated the changes from my previous pull request in order to be up to date with your repository. These changes make the plugin check if an ItemStack is an Oraxen custom item and use the custom durability of that object instead of the vanilla one.

Thanks for your hard work! Take all the time you need. I'll continue updating my fork because I need the Oraxen support for my server. Otherwise, people start complaining about Hellforged not working and things like that.
