Expected behavior; Player joins and sees MOTD after a 2 second delay

Actual behavior: Player joins and doesn’t see a MOTD unless they type /motd

Steps to reproduce

in config.yml set

MOTD: Enable: true Delay: 2 Message:

• ‘&7 test’
