Improve noPlayers performance

~~- Fixed build (CMI and CMILib are provided from jitpack, according to the official wiki), shadow plugin had to be bumped to 9.3.0 to work correctly~~

• Iterating through the players in a world seems much more efficient, I tried it in prod and the usage went from 0.3-0.6mspt to barely 0.01mspt

EDIT: removed commit that bumped dependencies since it was already fixed
