Recording webapp/login and downlad/delete

I am running the bot on a linux VPS and if i let him join he joins the channel and is doing what he should do exept if i want to go download the recording or delete the recording i can't acces the page

Showns as the url: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Same error on the webapp url

So i can not access my recordings what so ever

Open the file apps/download/.env and add the line API_HOST=0.0.0.0. This line also exists in install.config but for some reason it doesn't seem to get copied into that .env file during the install script.
