Playing Audio from Chora in Android Auto Causes Screen Issues

When using Chora with Android Auto lately, the Android Auto screen will repeatedly switch between Chora, the side-docked player view, and the Android Auto app menu. It's as though the app is trying to force close and reopen repeatedly. Though audio playback continues uninterrupted, It is distracting, and makes using Android Auto maps near impossible.

I greatly appreciate that you at least have Android Auto compatibility built in. I'm not sure what changed however. I'm only experiencing the issue recently, after using Chora as my main Navidrome client in Android Auto for some time without issue.
