Problems with some sites when activated

I don't know how Owl is implemented, but it seems that sometimes activating owl causes some issues. For example, take feedly.com - if Owl is activated, scrolling is "broken". Normally, scrolling keeps the sidebar and a a bar on top in place, but when Owl is activated, scrolling will move them out of view.

I think there are some really weird interactions with the element positioning. For example, on qz.com, the mobile toolbar at the bottom (just make the window narrow to see it) doesn't stick to the bottom of the window when scrolling, for ex on this article : capture d ecran de 2017-08-22 13-35-08 The CSS doesn't get changed but still disabling Owl and reloading the page makes it work again.

Interestingly, the Classic theme on QZ makes the toolbar stick to the bottom.

Another example : https://fub.typeform.com/to/U6Afij (a french survey on bicycle accessibility in towns) With Owl it just shows an empty page.

On Facebook, the instant message box at the bottom of the window sticks to the bottom of the page, so if you scroll down to reach it it keeps loading more stuff to the page...

Same problem here: feedly scrolling breaks when owl is enabled.

On this blog the reading progress bar at the top turns into a giant red triangle.

Scrolling is also broken on Atlassian BitBucket code review pages. Evernote.com notes are dark grey text on slightly darker grey, very hard to read.
