What would it take to make Owl compatible with Firefox for Android?

I thought mobile FF doesn't allow extensions?

It does, and many addons work with it. That's why I switched from Naked Browser to Firefox. I found another extension called "Dark Mode" that does the same thing as Owl and works with Firefox for Android.
