Possible incompatibility with Multi-Account Containers addon

Recently installed OWL, and have noticed some inconsistencies with it working. The menu button in the address bar will sometimes not be available, and often pages will load up unaffected by OWL, and require a refresh to get OWL to recognize that "oh, I should be working on this page."

I think I've traced the problem down to some sort of interaction with the Mozilla Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I have this add-on active, and have designated a website to always open in a specific container, it will load up un-OWL'd and require a refresh to get OWL to work on it.
