Prettify Owl

Currently, pages in Owl (like site configuration, about, welcome) are bare-bones with little styling. It would be great if they could be spiced up a bit and given a decent design. I can imagine a clean, minimal, flat design for the pages, but I'm up for discussing other design ideas. Along with these, the Owl panel would also need redesigning to accommodate that will be added in v3.
